We have a wide variety of products for your baking and meal preparations.
Baking Supplies: flours, sugars, oats, rice, spices, grains, yeasts, pastas, legumes, cereals molasses, honey and natural peanut butter and seeds.
Snacks: nuts, popcorn, pretzels, a variety of mixes with salty, sweet or tangy nuts, and dried fruits.
Candy: over 35 varieties in bulk to choose from; chocolate, mints, hard candy, gummy candy and caramels. Seasonally we have 6- 10 seasonal varieties for those special times of the year.
Frozen: Frozen croissants and cinnamon buns (rise overnight and bake for breakfast) to bake yourself.
Baking for the Holidays: glazed mixed fruit, red and green cherries, pineapple wedges and mixed peel. Dried fruits –apricots, raisins, currents, figs, almonds, pecans, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, peanuts. For candy making we carry Merken chocolate wafers & turtle caramel, chocolate slabs in white, milk and dark. We also carry chocolate baking squares and chocolate chips in white, milk and semi-sweet pure chocolate.
Natunola dehulled flax 70 and flax fiber. Natunola has constructed the worlds’ first flaxseed de-hulling plant right here in Winchester and the Village Bin was the first retail store to carry this new product.
